Mobile sculptures Balance - Geometry - Poetry - Movement
The idea of these luminous sculptures came to Christel Sadde following the discovery of a curious instrument called “conformateur”. This instrument consists of small metal rods that slide on a central axis. It remained with her until the design of these luminous sculptures. In their geometric shapes and use of the same materials – stainless steel, brass and mirrored aluminum – they echo the aerial universe of the artist’s mobiles. But with the added bonus of light!
