Choregraphies

“CHORÉGRAPHIES” is a series in homage to the artist Loïe Fuller, whose famous “Danse serpentine” made of spirals and volutes of veils Christel Sadde admires. Loïe Fuller, a leading figure in Art Nouveau and a pioneer of danced abstraction, is a source of inspiration for Christel Sadde when it comes to expressing movement in sculpture.

This series of made-to-measure suspensions is made from offcuts of two materials that are characteristic of Christel Sadde’s work: brass and stainless steel.
Each of these creations is unique and upcycled. They are suspended and can be motorised.
